The Firm is South Ogden’s destination for modern Pilates—high-intensity, low-impact training built for today’s bodies and lifestyles. We’ve redefined the practice with The Firm Method: a more intense, dynamic approach that blends strength training, cardio, and controlled resistance for full-body transformation.
Sessions are powered by the XFormer—a next-gen reformer that’s larger, smoother, and built for dynamic, high-intensity movement. Rooted in core-focused, functional training, every class delivers elevated results in a boutique setting with small group sizes, curated playlists, and personalized attention that keeps the energy high and the work effective.

Our method blends the foundational principles of Pilates with strength training and cardio for a results-driven, 45-minute workout. Using the XFormer—a state-of-the-art evolution of the traditional reformer—we deliver dynamic, high-intensity, low-impact sessions designed to challenge the entire body through resistance-based movement. No two classes are ever the same, each session is intentionally programmed to challenge your body in new ways. Focused movements work your muscles to fatigue, while bursts of cardio keep your heart rate in the fat-burning zone. Expect variety, precision, and results.
The XFormer is an advanced evolution of the traditional Pilates reformer—larger, smoother, and designed with enhanced functionality. Its innovative components allow for hundreds of dynamic, high-intensity workouts that go far beyond classical Pilates. Most movements are performed standing or kneeling, encouraging deep core engagement, refined posture, and sustained heart rate—bringing an athletic edge to a classic method.

How do I book a class?
You can book classes on our website via the link in our bio or on our app. Booking in advance is required to secure your spot.
How should I prepare for my first class?
Please arrive ten minutes prior to class starting to allow ample time to find parking, get checked in with the instructor, and go over the machine.
Every class requires the use of grip socks. It is mandatory to wear them for safety and hygiene purposes. We do sell them in the studio. Please wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow for a full range of motion. Additionally, we highly recommend bringing water to stay hydrated during the class.
Where can I find parking?
Our studio offers limited onsite parking on a first come, first served basis. This includes parking spaces located in front of the building and behind the building. Please refrain from utilizing our neighbors’ parking spaces at The Bike Shoppe to avoid disrupting classes and potential inconveniences of moving your vehicle during class hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations for classes must be made at least 12 hours prior to the start of class. There is a Late Fee of $15 if you change, cancel, or modify your reservation within 12 hours of the start of class and a No Show Fee of $30 if you book a class and do not show up.
What is your late policy?
If you are not present within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time of your reserved class, you will be marked as a no show and charged a fee, in the event that we have a guest waiting from the waitlist, your spot will be given to a client on the waitlist. Please be aware that arriving late may result in missing part of the workout, so please enter the room as discreetly as possible.
What is your missed class policy?
If a client fails to attend a reserved class without cancelling a $30 No Show Fee will be charged to their account. We understand sometimes life happens, if your absence is due to an emergency, email our studio and we will be happy to accommodate you.
How does the waitlist work?
You can join the waitlist for any fully booked class. By adding yourself, you’re committing to attend if added—late cancel and no-show fees still apply. If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist. If a spot opens, you’ll be automatically added and notified by email up to 12 hours before class. After that, an automated text will be sent to everyone on the waitlist, and the first person to click the link and complete booking will secure the spot and be removed from the waitlist.
Am I able to take a class if I’m pregnant?
We recommend consulting with your physician before starting. If you’re cleared to move and feel confident, so are we—and we’re happy to offer modifications to support you as needed.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes — The Firm allows all members to freeze their membership. Each billing year, you may freeze your membership for up to one month at no cost. If you need additional time, you can extend your freeze for up to five more months at a rate of $30 per month, and all paid freeze time must be paid upfront. Members may freeze for a maximum of six months total per billing year. To request a freeze, email info@thefirm-pilates.com with your full name, the freeze start date, the resume date, and the total length of freeze you’re requesting. Billing pauses during your freeze and automatically resumes on your chosen resume date. While your membership is frozen, you won’t be able to book or attend classes, and the length of your freeze will be added to the end of your membership term. Medical, pregnancy, and special-circumstance freezes may be eligible for extended, fee-free accommodations.
